How Do We Use Your Information?

Do We Store Your Financial Data?
The data that we get from Linnworks API is stored in a server for a month so that we can cross function if the user has any mismatch or doubts.
It gives reference on what your Linnworks shows vs what API says vs what your accounting software shows. After a month the system deletes this log automatically.
Do We Use Your Financial Data?
No. We do not use or manipulate any data. We only use it for reference in front of the user when there is any issue, error, or doubt from the user end.
Our team can only access this data when anything is reported by the user and the SyncTools team has to address the issue.
Can Any Other User of SyncTools Have Access to Your Data?
No. No user can have access to any other user's data.
How Do We Protect Your Information?
- An external PCI compliant payment gateway handles all credit card transactions.
- We use regular Malware Scanning.
- Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons with special access rights.
