How to Connect WooCommerce to Sage in 5 Steps
Connecting WooCommerce to Sage Business Cloud Accounting with SyncTools takes under 20 minutes and requires no developer access.

No, You don’t need to connect your live account for a trial if you don’t want to. Yes, you can use the Sage sandbox also and test the system.
Does SyncTools support COGS synchronization to Sage?
Yes. SyncTools syncs WooCommerce product cost data to Sage as COGS entries — either per order or in summarized batches. Each sale posts gross revenue to your income account and the corresponding COGS to a dedicated expense nominal, giving you accurate gross margin in your Sage P&L. COGS sync requires that product costs are set in WooCommerce before the order syncs.
Does this WooCommerce Sage integration support summarized sales synchronization as i don’t want the individual orders to sync to Sage?
Yes. SyncTools supports summarized sales sync to Sage on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis — posting a single journal entry per period instead of one entry per order. Ideal for high-volume WooCommerce stores where individual order entries would slow Sage. Gross sales, fees, refunds, and taxes are still mapped to separate Sage nominals in summarized mode.
