How to Connect WooCommerce to Xero in 5 Steps
Connecting WooCommerce to Xero with SyncTools takes under 20 minutes and requires no developer access.

No, You don’t need to connect your live account for a trial if you don’t want to. Yes, you can use the Xero sandbox also and test the system.
Does SyncTools support COGS synchronization to Xero?
Yes. SyncTools syncs WooCommerce product cost data to Xero as COGS line items — either per order or in summarized batches. Each sale posts gross revenue to your income account and the corresponding COGS to a dedicated expense account, giving you accurate gross margin in your Xero P&L. COGS sync requires that product costs are set in WooCommerce before the order syncs.
Does this WooCommerce Xero integration support summarized sales synchronization as i don’t want the individual orders to sync to Xero?
Yes. SyncTools supports summarized sales sync to Xero on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis — posting a single invoice or journal entry per period instead of one entry per order.
